Ratio chia seed to liquid is 1:4. You can mix chia seeds with any vegan milk that can be coconut milk, almond milk, cashew nut milk and everything else what you like but it's have to be vegan.
Pour liquid all over seeds in bowl and stir them until all seeds are separated. Leave for next 10 minutes and stir them again. Next put in fridge for how long you like. If time will be short seeds will stay a bit hard and crunchy and pudding will be a bit more runny. If you keep for longer all seeds will absorb liquid and pudding will be very soft you might need to add some more liquid into it.
For garnish everything can be used, fresh or frozen fruit, granola, honey it is up to you.
