Banana Almond Flax Smoothie

Delicious banana smoothie with almonds and flaxseed will fill you up until lunch. Good start into a day, high fat content which coming from flaxseed and almonds.

- 50 ml. greek yoghurt

- 10 g. flaxseed (ground if possible)

- 10 g. almonds (ground if possible)

- 5 g. honey
