Kale-spinach excellence

This Kale Spinach Smoothie tastes amazing, is loaded with nutrition, high in protein, thick and creamy. It’s made with banana, almond milk, honey, spinach and kale for a filling and nutrient-rich smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack.

 

Place all ingredients into a blender starting with liquids to blitz it quicker. Blitz for around 90 seconds. You can use frozen or fresh fruits depend on fruit season. To make it a bit smoother you can pick kale from hard stems if you don't like bits in your smoothie.

- 1 small banana/ 80 g.

- 150 ml. almond milk

- 2 tsp. honey
