Keto smoothie

Berries, including strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, are lower in carbs than most other fruits. They’re also rich in fiber, an indigestible carb that promotes digestive health. Just add spinach and you have super healthy smoothie!

 

Place all ingredients into a blender starting with liquids to blitz it quicker. Blitz for around 90 seconds. You can use frozen or fresh fruits depend on fruit season.

- 100 ml coconut milk

- 30 g. strawberries 

- 30 g. blackberries

- 30 g. raspberries
