Triple berry smoothie

This recipe for a mixed berry smoothie is a refreshing and healthy combination of fruit and yogurt that’s super easy to make!


Place all ingredients into a blender starting with liquids to blitz it quicker. Blitz for around 90 seconds. You can use frozen or fresh fruits depend on fruit season. If you don't have fresh fruit you can use fruit of the forest mix. 


Ingredients :

- 1 small banana/ 80 grams 

- 30 g. strawberries 

- 30 g. blackberries

- 30 g. raspberries

If you use a loose leafs just add additional spoon or two, If you got a tea bags put another one in. Delicious morning - Blueberry muffin smoothie

Place all ingredients into a blender starting with liquids. You might have to blitz it twice to if you prefer smoother. Ideally leave for about hour to let oats soak some liquid. If you like a little bit thiner just need to add some more liquid. If you wait longer and let oats soak some more liquid it would be very thick.

Banana Almond Flax Smoothie

Delicious banana smoothie with almonds and flaxseed will fill you up until lunch. Good start into a day, high fat content which coming from flaxseed and almonds.


Ingredients :


- 1 small banana/ 80 g.

- 100 ml. almond milk

- 50 ml. greek yoghurt

- 10 g. flaxseed (ground if possible)

- 10 g. almonds (ground if possible)

- 5 g. honey
