Simple perfection. What can be better on a morning then nice, sweet breakfast ready in 60 seconds ? Low calories, gluten free and portion of 300 ml won't let you fell hungry. But if you need more energy on morning always can add to mixture 10 grams of flaxseed or oat flakes.
