You can return any product purchased in our online store within 30 days of transaction date.
To be eligible for a return you must meet:
- item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- item must be packed in original packaging.
- you need to include proof of purchase i.e. invoice
- must be returned within 30 days from purchase date
Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 working days.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer needs to cover cost for return shipping.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrive faulty or damaged please contact us and return faulty/damaged item. Within 5 days we will inspect goods and contact you directly with next steps.
Cancellations and changes
If you changed your mind or just want to cancel your order there is absolutely no problem. Please message us and if we didn't send your order, yet we will cancel it and return your money via method which you paid.
